Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. In this position you will provide day‑to‑day legal assistance, support contract management and help ensure compliance across our multinational operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including procurement and sales agreements, with a focus on vehicle dealership and consumer law matters.
• Provide legal analysis of regulations, prepare reports and newsletters for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice processing and coordination for external law firms.
• Monitor, implement and maintain legal compliance policies and procedures required by headquarters.
• Develop internal guidelines, contract templates and legal training materials.
• Maintain contract databases, generate reports on legal matters, and organize meetings and protocols.
• Handle filings with government authorities such as public registries of commerce.
• Manage corporate books and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 2–3 years of professional legal experience as in‑house counsel or in a law firm supporting legal teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Hands‑on, adaptable and quick to learn new systems or tech tools.
• Availability to work onsite under the company’s presential work policy.
