Junior IT Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Dev.Pro is looking for a proactive Junior IT Specialist to join its global IT Support Team. The position is fully remote and supports internal users and contractors across multiple environments, giving you hands‑on experience with a wide range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Administer macOS, Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows environments.
• Configure laptops, reinstall operating systems and install required software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian and similar platforms.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and lab environment setups.
• Handle IT equipment logistics, including sourcing, inventory tracking and delivery coordination.
• Assist with basic scripting and automation tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Proactive, responsible and team‑oriented mindset.
