Junior Copywriter

About the role

Join the Renewals team at Decentralized Masters as a Junior Copywriter, crafting engaging copy that keeps members excited about their membership and drives renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Write renewal emails, SMS, and in‑app messages from early reminders to last‑chance offers.
• Partner with Membership Directors to create persuasive re‑offer and downsell copy.
• Transform member success stories into compelling proof points for campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle content such as one‑pagers, landing pages, and follow‑up sequences.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles and apply insights.
• Collaborate with senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 1+ year of copywriting experience (agency, in‑house, or freelance) with a strong portfolio; recent graduates welcome.
• Genuine interest in finance, blockchain, and democratizing financial services.
• Excellent writing fundamentals, grammar, clarity, and tone adaptation across formats.
• Eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Strong persuasive writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with email, SMS, and web copy formats.
