Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join Invesp’s remote team. The role focuses on analysing digital experiences, supporting hypothesis development, and assisting with the execution and analysis of A/B tests for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse websites, landing pages and customer journeys to uncover conversion opportunities.
• Assist in creating data‑driven hypotheses for A/B tests using user research and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to align visual solutions with experiment hypotheses.
• Work with developers and QA to set up and launch high‑quality A/B experiments.
• Monitor experiment performance, contribute to post‑test analysis and reporting.
• Support senior strategists in identifying optimisation opportunities that improve user experience and business results.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, e‑commerce, UX, CRO or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Curiosity, ownership and a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with heat‑mapping tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
• Ability to create reports in Looker Studio.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis.
