Junior Accounting, Compliance & Reporting (ACR) Role

About the role

This junior position is part of Finance Operations within EY's Tax Service Line, supporting a US client from Buenos Aires. The role provides end‑to‑end finance services, from transaction processing to statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities, including manual journal entries and monthly flash reports.
• Prepare financial result summaries, CFO deep‑dive inputs, and assist with close management.
• Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships during transition and post go‑live.
• Collaborate with GDS India teams and the on‑shore ACR US team while meeting operational KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in controllership or accounting within a shared services environment.
• Basic understanding of finance operations processes such as Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Business‑to‑Purchase (B2P), and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C).
• Experience working with shared services models (captive or outsourced).
• Strong communication skills with confidence and integrity.
