Jr Creative Strategist

About the role

The Junior Creative Strategist will shape and execute the creative pipeline, turning performance goals and audience insights into testable creative directions that drive revenue and retention. Working closely with media buyers, project managers, and the edit team, you will ensure that creative priorities are aligned with data, testing insights, and the company’s Ideal Customer Profile.

Key responsibilities

• Define winning beliefs, angles, and archetypes and translate them into a structured creative strategy.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap that aligns with media buying and product priorities.
• Create and track creative requests within the pipeline, coordinating with the edit crew.
• Maintain organized asset dossiers, IDs, folders, and trackers to avoid duplication.
• Deliver internal and client‑facing creative insights and reports.
• Analyze performance data from Atria and Cometly to extract concept‑level learnings.
• Synchronise with media buyers and project managers on priorities, timelines, and issues.

Required profile

• Creative and operationally sharp marketer able to move quickly.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on revenue and retention outcomes.
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
