IT Support Specialist

About the role

Webflow is seeking an IT Support Specialist for its Buenos Aires office. You will be the first line of support for employees, handling tickets via an AI‑powered help desk and managing the technology that keeps the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve employee tickets using AI‑powered support tools, documenting common issues to improve the internal knowledge base.
• Own and maintain the office audiovisual setup and troubleshoot macOS devices, peripherals, and other office technology.
• Partner with the Workplace Experience team on equipment ordering, provisioning, and office space modifications.
• Support new‑hire onboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning, and act as a backup resource during hiring cohorts.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with help‑desk ticketing systems.
• Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments and supporting audiovisual setups for meetings and events.
• Ability to perform physical office tasks such as setting up desks and provisioning equipment, lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in Buenos Aires with occasional travel and remote work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered support tools (e.g., MM&MM).
• Experience with macOS hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment setup and maintenance.
• Familiarity with help‑desk ticketing systems and hardware inventory management.
