IT Project Specialist

About the role

ProperProper is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Specialist to support internal technology initiatives and drive operational improvements across the company. You will coordinate projects, manage system implementations, and act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor internal IT projects, ensuring timelines are met.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and deliver project artifacts.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system support, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project reports, workflows, and internal procedures.
• Help optimize operational efficiency through technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or IT operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of systems implementation and process improvement is a plus.
