IT Onsite Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Onsite Technician to provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops and peripherals at client locations. You will troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, manage tickets and assist with device deployments while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software problems.
• Log, track and update tickets using standard ticketing systems.
• Support installations, configurations and device setups.
• Assist with deployments, rollouts and user onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members and management.
• Lift up to 50 lb and travel between client sites as required.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience (up to 2 years) in IT support, help‑desk or desktop support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and end‑user systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between client sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
