IT L2 Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT L2 Support Specialist you will provide high‑quality technical assistance to end users across software, hardware and productivity platforms. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with employees, technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑user support via Microsoft Teams, phone, email and service portals.
• Resolve incidents, service requests and technical queries using ServiceNow and related tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices and associated hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and other productivity tools.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair end‑user hardware and workplace technology equipment.
• Document solutions, procedures and support activities according to established processes.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and end‑user technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.
