IT Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

SMS Datacenter is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple small‑to‑medium IT projects remotely. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from pre‑sales requirement gathering to solution implementation, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned projects, drive them to completion while managing scope, schedule, resources, risks and quality.
• Monitor and document project constraints, update status daily in project‑management tools.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, engineers, sales, and managers to advance tasks.
• Analyze networking and infrastructure environments with engineering teams and recommend improvements.
• Answer technical questions during status meetings and ensure clear communication.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience delivering infrastructure, data‑center, networking, server, cloud and desktop solutions.
• Background in network engineering, systems engineering or IT support.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level or native).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CCNA or CCNP are preferred.
