IT Helpdesk Analyst – Support & Cybersecurity

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to manage its ticketing system, provide day‑to‑day technical support, and contribute to the company’s cybersecurity initiatives. The role is based in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area and requires advanced English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Track and resolve all IT support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring KPI compliance.
• Provide user support for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security audits of IT systems and software.
• Manage hardware assets for Argentine users, including laptop configuration, shipping, and inventory control.
• Participate in the Cybersecurity committee and assist with compliance certification efforts.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Buenos Aires and collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational skills for ticket and asset management.
