About the role
Capgemini Engineering is looking for an IoT & Edge Computing Engineer to design, develop and maintain edge applications for IoT solutions. You will work on cutting‑edge technologies across cloud platforms and industrial protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Develop edge applications using Python, C and C++.
- Implement IoT solutions integrated with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Work with MQTT, AMQP, Modbus and OPC UA protocols.
- Deploy and maintain applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting and hot‑fixes.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience developing edge applications and IoT solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Python, C or C++ and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Bash, Git and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, integration testing and agile methodologies.
