Investment Analyst - Strategic Finance & Fundraising

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Investment Analyst to join a fast‑growing food‑technology scale‑up that is expanding its footprint in the New York market. The role sits at the intersection of strategic finance and fundraising, working directly with senior leadership to create the financial narratives that drive capital raising and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain three‑statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decisions.
• Create institutional‑grade investor materials such as pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations.
• Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within consumer, food‑tech, and logistics sectors.
• Support capital‑raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due‑diligence inquiries.
• Synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts in partnership with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical ability and proven storytelling skills for executive‑level audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with US Eastern business hours.
