Intermediate Learning & Development Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our Program Education Team. In this remote position you will own small‑to‑medium L&D projects from discovery through delivery, turning business needs into effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through interviews with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Design MVP concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract, validate, and structure knowledge into learning content and assets.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of small/medium learning projects, ensuring alignment on scope, expectations, and success criteria.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate education.
• Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and TNA.
• Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy and Kolb’s Learning Cycle.
• Proven project‑management skills, including planning, estimation, and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Upper‑Intermediate English with strong written and verbal skills.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Practical experience with AI productivity tools.
