About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hybrid on‑site and remote services for a multinational client located in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires. The role involves supporting internal users, including senior stakeholders, and gradually taking ownership of application, infrastructure, and operations support.

Key responsibilities

Provide end‑user support for hardware and software.
Gradually take ownership of application, infrastructure, and operations support.
Manage and follow up on tickets.
Deliver high‑quality support to internal users, including senior stakeholders.

Required profile

Responsible and proactive.
Organized and detail‑oriented.
Solution‑driven.
Service‑oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Windows 11.
Microsoft Office 365.
Copilot (nice to have).
