Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

Uptime Institute is seeking a remote Information Technology Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects across IT Operations and Software Development. The role coordinates teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver software rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and application development initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT Operations projects such as software rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and systems deployments.
• Plan, manage, and deliver Software Development projects in partnership with development teams, the CIO, and product management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the central coordination point for global, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Champion Agile practices, maintain healthy project and sprint backlogs, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT Operations and Software Development projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team.
