Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end execution of influencer partnerships and creator campaigns for a fast‑growing consumer brand. The role focuses exclusively on influencer marketing, requiring hands‑on ownership from creator outreach through performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own influencer campaigns from creator outreach through completion.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard creators aligned with campaign goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with influencers and creator partners.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor creator communication to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Track campaign KPIs such as content delivery, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, documentation, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for seamless execution.
• Identify high‑performing creators for long‑term partnerships.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Resume in English; native or near‑native English proficiency.
• 3+ years full‑time experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or similar.
• Primary responsibility in influencer marketing, not a secondary duty.
• Proven track record managing campaigns from creator sourcing to reporting.
• Daily hands‑on experience working directly with influencers or creators.
• Experience tracking performance using engagement, reach, conversions, affiliate sales, or GMV metrics.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
