Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the execution and performance of influencer campaigns for our client accounts. You will work either independently on smaller accounts or alongside a senior manager on larger, complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer and content strategies that align with client objectives.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
• Lead creator discovery, outreach, and build structured pipelines.
• Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign‑up goals, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Negotiate deliverables, rates, and usage rights within budget.
• Maintain accurate Airtable records as the source of truth for pitching and execution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably agency‑based.
• Strong understanding of influencer metrics and creator economics.
• Ability to run campaigns end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Confidence working directly with US‑based clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
