Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This remote position is perfect for someone passionate about influencer marketing, community building, and performance‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting, and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue, and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, and ShopMy.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (PT/ET).
