Inbound Sales Closer (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join its remote team. You will work full‑time as a contractor, converting inbound leads from homeowners into satisfied customers and recurring maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads, estimate requests, and web inquiries.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
• Convert one‑time sales into ongoing maintenance plans where appropriate.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Track pipeline and communications accurately in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and robust pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
• Fluent, professional‑level English with confident phone communication.
• Strong consultative selling ability for premium, value‑based products.
• High sense of urgency, organized, and self‑managed in a remote environment.
• Comfortable handling high lead volume and maintaining follow‑up discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
