IMS Specialist I – Payments Analyst for Clinical Trials

About the role

We are looking for an IMS Specialist I – Payments Analyst to manage payments to investigators and institutions participating in clinical trials. The role supports sponsor‑dedicated projects and requires advanced English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Administer investigator payments using CTMS platforms such as IMPACT, Medidata and Clinpay.
• Review payment data with project managers to ensure quality and completeness.
• Create and process grant payment requests and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Distribute payments to sites and keep internal and external stakeholders informed of payment status.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, site contracts, accounts receivable and regional teams to maintain a global view of funding.
• Ensure advance funding from sponsors is received in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Experience handling investigator and site payments in clinical research.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and maintain clear communication.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
