Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding for our SaaS platform. You will guide customers from project kickoff through go‑live, ensuring a smooth transition of procurement and financial processes onto the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation projects, acting as the main point of contact from initial kickoff to a fully operational live product.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance workflows and translate requirements into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints that enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement assets such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and scope.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP or CRM systems and handling change management.
