Identity Governance Analyst – Remote (Senior Associate)

About the role

We are seeking an Identity Governance Analyst (Senior Associate) to join a leading global audit, consulting and technology firm. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing access certification, risk analysis and governance processes across a wide range of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer quarterly access certification and attestation campaigns for global applications.
• Analyze identity and access data to detect anomalies, dormant accounts and ownership gaps.
• Onboard new applications and groups into the Identity Governance platform.
• Track remediation activities and ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, evidence repositories and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with CISO teams, application owners and IT operations to resolve identity governance issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes through automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Produce reporting and insights to support governance, compliance and risk‑management objectives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance Administration, cybersecurity or related IT operations.
• Advanced written and spoken English for global collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with access data, reporting and Excel‑based analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
