About the role

Join Lenovo’s HR Shared Service Center as an HR Operations Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global HR environment, supporting case management, knowledge‑base development, data analysis, and AI‑enabled process improvements.

Key responsibilities

Review HR cases and employee queries to identify patterns and standardization opportunities.
Create structured datasets from real HR cases for testing and analysis.
Assist in converting cases into standardized QA pairs and AI‑ready query formats.
Populate and maintain the HR Knowledge Base.
Analyze low‑quality AI responses and support categorization and routing improvements.
Support low‑complexity operational tasks such as updating templates, documenting processes, and revising SOPs.

Required profile

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Analytical, detail‑oriented, and curious mindset.
Strong interest in HR operations, data analysis, and AI‑driven process improvement.
