HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will serve as the primary HR resource for our Argentina office, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workplace matters.
• Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition, from recruitment and selection to onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance.
• Administer employee benefit programs and act as the main point of contact for enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare HR metrics, reports, and workforce data to support decision‑making.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and company‑sponsored events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong knowledge of Argentine labor law and employment compliance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong business acumen, ability to work independently, and high level of confidentiality.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and presentation abilities.
