Housing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Housing Specialist to join our growing team. The role coordinates temporary and long‑term housing solutions, manages client requests, and ensures a seamless experience from placement through move‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
• Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move‑ins, move‑outs, extensions, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the housing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and housing partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure a smooth housing experience.
• Resolve housing‑related issues, maintenance requests, and client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, client information, and documentation.
• Monitor housing availability, occupancy, pricing, and lease expirations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and housing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housing coordination, relocation services, property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple housing requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with property management systems or housing management software.
