Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This fully remote position supports both internal and client‑facing openings, acting as the primary communication link between the company and its talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates and fostering engagement.
• Track and organize applicant data, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Assist in evaluating candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and other assessments.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and participate in interview debriefs when needed.
• Collect and relay candidate experience insights to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
