Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Working remotely, you will support both internal and external client openings and help align talent with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, follow up on their progress and maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
