Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This remote position supports both internal and client‑facing openings, acting as the primary communication bridge between the company and its talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing updates and fostering engagement.
• Track and organize applicant data, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Assist in evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and other assessments.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and participate in interview debriefs.
• Collect and relay candidate experience insights to the staffing team.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate records.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
