Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Working remotely, you will collaborate with BairesDev’s talent acquisition team and internal clients to move candidates forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and maintaining engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Assist in evaluating candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and other assessments.
• Support candidates before client interviews and participate in client interview sessions when needed.
• Gather and relay candidate experience data to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
