About the role

The recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for our manufacturing client, delivering high‑volume talent and ensuring proactive communication throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

Lead job scope meetings and define candidate requirements.
Source candidates using ATS, resume databases, and Boolean search strings.
Engage candidates via phone, email, and social media.
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the full hiring cycle.
Partner with leadership on offer details and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

Minimum two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
Proven background in high‑volume manufacturing recruiting (e.g., machine operators, forklift drivers).
Fluent English for a US‑focused role.

Required skills

Proficiency with ATS tools.
Strong Boolean search techniques.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
