About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Healthcare Professional – Onboarding Specialist. In this associate‑level position you will guide new healthcare clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition and building strong initial relationships within the firm’s Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks for healthcare professional (HCP) engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support and tiering.
• Verify completeness of Conflict of Interest documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm timely and accurate onboarding, escalating exceptions when necessary.
• Support client onboarding processes specific to the health services sector.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and adhere to data‑privacy standards.
• Engage in active listening to capture client needs and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare professional engagement or related onboarding activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage confidential information.

Required skills
