Health Experienced Associate Engagement Ambassador

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Health Experienced Associate Engagement Ambassador. In this role you will support client engagements within the Advisory practice, focusing on risk management and delivering high‑quality interactions with healthcare professionals, organisations and pharmaceutical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organisations (HCOs), patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders before and after engagements.
• Support onboarding of external experts, issue contracts, handle redline requests and escalations.
• Address complex expert inquiries, invoice and payment queries, and provide business owner support.
• Contribute to client risk‑management projects and compliance advisory activities.
• Review contracts to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion while upholding ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication, active listening and feedback processes.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional with a background in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong interest in risk management, client engagement and advisory services.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and anticipate team and client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
