Head of Sales

About the role

THE/STUDIO is looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to own and scale its inside‑sales, outbound, and revenue‑operations engine. This is a remote, independent‑contractor position that works directly with the CEO and Sales Manager to turn strategic ideas into fast‑moving revenue streams across two core business units.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day revenue operations, including sales forecasting, territory planning, and unit economics.
• Lead a lean sales team, ensuring pipeline health, clear division of labor, and consistent target achievement.
• Analyze data to surface pipeline insights, bottlenecks, and workforce‑planning needs for the CEO.
• Design sales incentives and high‑velocity go‑to‑market strategies as part of strategic planning.
• Create, test, and iterate multi‑channel outbound sequences, cold‑call scripts, and email cadences.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling sales operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and rolling up sleeves.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the CEO and Sales Manager.
