Head of Project Management

About the role

Ready Set is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead and evolve its project management function. The role focuses on designing, standardising and automating processes that keep the agency’s high‑volume creative production running efficiently and predictably.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project‑management methodology, creating and enforcing standards, templates and operating practices across all client accounts.
• Drive process automation by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions in partnership with Operations Excellence.
• Integrate AI tools into the PM workflow to improve planning, tracking and escalation.
• Diagnose delivery risks, address root‑cause process failures and build safeguards to prevent recurrence.
• Lead, mentor and develop the project‑management team, ensuring consistent application of agile, sprint‑based delivery practices.

Required profile

• Background in a product or technology company where agile methodologies, sprint delivery and process automation are standard.
• Experience scaling operational rigor in a high‑volume, multi‑disciplinary environment, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design repeatable, measurable processes.

Required skills

• Agile project‑management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Process automation tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools.
