Head of M&A – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. As an independent contractor you will work remotely, reviewing AI outputs, testing complex scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI responses using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex financial scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional experience in finance (MBA+ or equivalent real‑world experience).
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
