Head of Finance & Strategy

About the role

Beeflow is entering a critical growth phase and seeks a hands‑on, technology‑driven Head of Finance & Strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the Leadership Team, you will shape the company’s financial architecture, drive profitability, and support strategic decisions across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own the budget, rolling forecast and long‑term financial plan, ensuring visibility into cash flow and profitability.
• Lead business performance reviews with the CEO, COO and Country Managers, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Analyse performance across countries, customers, crops and projects to improve financial accountability.
• Drive sustainable profitability by evaluating margins, operating leverage and working capital.
• Implement and optimise ERP, FP&A and business‑intelligence tools; automate reporting and workflows.
• Leverage AI for financial modelling, scenario planning and decision support.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, proposals and contract evaluation.
• Support fundraising, investor communications and Board reporting.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven experience building financial models and leading FP&A functions.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, multi‑country environments and travelling internationally.
• Hands‑on builder who can design systems, automate processes and influence senior stakeholders.
