Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Finance to lead financial and administrative operations across multiple international markets for a fast‑growing travel‑tech company in Latin America. The role combines financial management, process optimisation, automation and business partnering in a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and month‑end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, audit and regulatory requirements across several countries.
• Drive automation and process‑transformation initiatives using technology and AI to improve efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, performance analysis and decision‑making.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and reporting focused on profitability and cost optimisation.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing finance team while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of finance/accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead process‑transformation initiatives, implementing automation and AI tools.
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, controls and multi‑country operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong analytical/data‑driven capabilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work onsite in Buenos Aires.
