Head of Finance

About the role

Zenit Corp, a fast‑growing ecommerce group, is seeking a Head of Finance to build and lead its financial control function across multiple brands. You will work directly with the CEO and General Manager, providing the financial insight needed to scale the business and prepare for future strategic events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a group‑wide financial control and reporting structure from the ground up.
• Reconcile expenses, financial movements, and supporting documentation across all entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain accurate, organized financial data in QuickBooks and ensure all records are up‑to‑date.
• Produce decision‑oriented financial reports, not just compliance documents.
• Lead working‑capital forecasting, margin and EBITDA visibility, and cash‑flow risk analysis.
• Support the CEO and GM in tracking performance against targets and evaluating operational constraints under various scenarios.
• Lay the financial groundwork for a potential future sale of the group.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading finance functions in high‑growth, multi‑entity environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leadership and communicating complex financial information clearly.
• Track record of establishing disciplined forecasting and reporting processes.
