Head of Finance

About the role

Zenit Corp, a fast‑growing ecommerce group, is seeking a Head of Finance to build and lead its financial control function across multiple DTC brands. The role reports directly to the CEO and supports the General Manager in delivering clear, reliable financial information for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a group‑wide financial control and reporting structure from scratch.
• Reconcile expenses, financial movements, and supporting documentation across all entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain accurate, organized financial data in QuickBooks.
• Produce decision‑oriented financial reports, not merely record‑keeping documents.
• Provide working‑capital forecasts, margin and EBITDA visibility, and cash‑flow risk analysis.
• Prepare the company financially for potential future sale.

Required profile

• Proven experience building financial control functions in high‑growth environments.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and General Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on discipline, clarity, and forward‑looking financial thinking.
