Head of Corporate Applications

About the role

The Head of Corporate Applications is a senior technology leader responsible for the global strategy, delivery, governance and continuous improvement of Arbex's enterprise applications supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, GBS and ERP capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global applications strategy for core platforms such as SAP ERP, Workday, Anaplan and related corporate systems.
• Oversee a portfolio of 280+ enterprise applications, lead operating model transformation and support TSA exit.
• Govern major programmes, ensure operational stability, audit readiness, service performance and continuous optimisation.
• Manage a $10M+ IT run‑cost budget, prioritize investments and provide executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX and other regulatory requirements, working with CISO and GRC teams.
• Own strategic vendor relationships with SAP, Workday, integration partners and manage 50‑100+ contingent resources.
• Lead a global team of 20+ internal application managers, architects and analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of IT experience in large organisations, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale ERP and corporate systems transformations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, HR, Legal and Procurement processes.
• Experience managing global, matrixed teams and working in multicultural environments.
