Head of Brand, DTC Health & Wellness

About the role

Hyprwork is seeking a senior leader to own the strategic brand and product vision across its direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape brand positioning, narrative, and identity while guiding product experience and social presence for newer brands in the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own brand foundations, including positioning, messaging architecture, voice, visual identity, and tone across the portfolio.
• Provide directional ownership of digital and physical product experiences, covering claims, UX/UI, packaging, and overall user journey.
• Steer social media strategy and user‑generated content to ensure consistent, credible brand presence where customers engage.
• Collaborate with performance and creative teams to align brand and direct‑response efforts, ensuring compliant and testable claims.
• Build and lead a brand team over time, monitoring brand health metrics to inform ongoing development.

Required profile

• Senior brand or brand‑and‑product leader with experience in DTC consumer brands, preferably health, wellness, supplements, or other claims‑led categories.
• Proven ability to build brand and product vision from the ground up, including positioning, messaging, identity, packaging, and social strategy.
• Demonstrated maturity to recruit, develop, and lead a growing brand team.
