Head of AI & Strategic Innovation

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of AI & Strategic Innovation to lead our transformation into an AI‑First Software Factory. You will shape how we develop, sell, and deliver software by embedding generative AI across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy, working directly with the C‑suite and tech leads.
• Transition the development lifecycle from manual coding to Spec‑Driven Development.
• Design and deploy autonomous agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI‑native workflows.
• Automate cross‑departmental processes (Sales, HR, Finance) using tools such as n8n or Make.
• Partner with the sales team to translate AI capabilities into concrete business cases and close high‑value projects.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry, progressing from senior technical roles to strategic positions.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with leading LLMs (OpenAI GPT‑4o/o1/o3, Anthropic Claude 3.7/Sonnet, DeepSeek).
• Proven track record delivering AI‑driven product or platform initiatives.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for global communication and research interpretation.

• AI‑native development environments: Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf.
• Agentic workflow frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Automation tools: n8n, Make.
• Programming languages: Python, TypeScript.
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus.
• Observability tools: LangSmith, Arize Phoenix.
