GTM Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to treat growth as an engineering problem, designing and operationalising systems for demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation. The role will modernise existing marketing operations with automation and AI, building production‑grade tools for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise high‑leverage GTM motions, partnering with marketing to develop strategies.
• Build and ship automations using Claude Code and event‑driven tools such as Zapier and n8n, moving prototypes to production.
• Own enrichment strategy, including ICP segmentation, scoring and signal‑to‑action workflows.
• Design multi‑channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing, automated enrichment, scoring and deliverability infrastructure.
• Support ABM and paid media targeting, suppression, match‑rate workflows and connect ad‑platform engagement to pipeline data.
• Leverage AI to scale organic and inbound demand, improving brand visibility and lead routing speed.

Required profile

• Professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Strong bias toward action – prefers shipping prototypes and iterating.
• Hands‑on experience delivering real automations with platforms like Zapier, n8n or Clay.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and automation within the CRM.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) with proper rate‑limiting and error handling.
• Owner mindset focused on solving the right problems.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing and revenue processes.
• Active engagement with AI, having built workflows using LLMs such as Claude, GPT or Gemini.
• Strong written and spoken English and willingness to work US Pacific‑overlap hours.
