Growth Workflow Specialist, Organic Growth

About the role

As a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth, you will design and operate automated systems that turn SEO and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies into scalable, data‑driven workflows. Working closely with the organic growth strategy lead, you will ensure that content creation, distribution, and visibility monitoring run at the speed of automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an end‑to‑end automation pipeline that ingests keyword and visibility signals, generates content briefs, and deploys content to the CMS.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility across priority topics, products, and markets, and automate alerts and response actions when visibility shifts.
• Automate content brief generation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals, and AEO data into structured briefs for AI‑driven content creation.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs for organic growth agents, codifying content rules, standards, and market‑specific requirements.
• Extend automation concepts to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy, and geo‑localized workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of emerging AEO practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation workflows that scale content operations.
• Experience monitoring LLM or AI‑driven search visibility and reacting to signal changes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
