About the role

Amoly is an early‑stage startup building a business management app for small businesses. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to shape our go‑to‑market strategy and drive early user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the initial marketing and growth strategy and identify the best channels to reach first users.
  • Plan, execute and test organic and paid acquisition campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Develop messaging, positioning and value propositions for small‑business adopters.
  • Analyze competitors, market opportunities and experiment with tactics to improve acquisition and conversion.

Required profile

  • Strong knowledge of growth, digital or user‑acquisition marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
  • Interest in startups and early‑stage technology products.
  • Ability to work independently and propose ideas.
