Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a dynamic professional to combine email and SMS marketing expertise with sales follow‑through and day‑to‑day coordination of sports facility bookings and pickup games. The role bridges campaign creation, customer conversations, and smooth game operations to drive participation and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registrations and offers.
• Create segmented audiences by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots, capacity and pricing; respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate pickup‑game listings, monitor registrations, fill levels and player communications.
• Track attendance, feedback and repeat participation to improve future games.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands‑on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with schedules, prices, customer records and competing deadlines.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• CRM experience.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary US$800–US$1,000 plus variable commissions US$500–US$1,000 (total US$1,300–US$2,000).
• Evening and weekend shifts aligned with Toronto/Eastern time.
