Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist who thrives on fast execution and data‑driven decisions. In this remote position you will build, launch, and continuously optimise performance‑marketing campaigns, manage end‑to‑end funnels and drive measurable growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Design, implement and manage full‑funnel acquisition to conversion processes.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and LTV, and iterate quickly.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and apply rapid solutions.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
• Report on results and directly link outcomes to business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Proven track record of managing marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring CAC, ROAS and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment and take ownership of results.
