Growth Marketing Manager (Google Ads & Cold Email)

About the role

You will own and build the outbound growth engine for a fast‑growing e‑commerce company that is expanding into a direct B2B channel. Reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Operations, you will diagnose performance gaps, design solutions, and execute them using AI tools to drive B2B revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads end‑to‑end, adjusting spend, bidding, and messaging based on seasonal buying patterns to maximize ROAS.
• Own and scale cold‑email infrastructure, leveraging AI for list building, sequencing, and copy.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that move leads through the pipeline and continuously refine targeting.
• Set up back‑end email campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Track all campaigns, document processes, and create repeatable systems.
• Diagnose performance gaps, develop independent solutions, and implement them.

Required profile

• Proven Google Ads expert with demonstrable ROAS results.
• Experience building or rescuing cold‑email systems and deep knowledge of deliverability.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Code, Codex) daily.
• Owner‑mindset: can diagnose problems and propose plans without waiting for instructions.
• Hands‑on executor who enjoys direct execution over delegation.
• Clear communicator in English, takes ownership, and delivers solutions.
